Mad World [shared FanFic with Jasmine]

Sinbad is a guy who's been through a whole damn lot for someone his age, making it quite a challenge to scare the guy and not be intimidated by him. Or maybe that was just his personality, and nothing to do with the things he's seen and done? No one really knew, or dared to ask. Since Sinbad wasn't the type to talk about himself, that seemed to give people their reasosn to litsen in to the rumors instead.
Whatever, people were stupid by nature, maybe they really couldn't help but be spineless idiots most the time.
"Sinbad, where do you think you're going?"
Said teen barely even botherd to give the teacher a look as he stopped, hand already resting on the door handle. The teacher was gtrying to give him the stern and superior glare, that one all of the 'grown ups' here usally give the students whenever they did something they shouldn't. Sinbad could clearly see the slight worry in those middle aged eyes though, and eh hadn't missed the hesitation as he spoked to him either.
"Out," was the brunette's simple answer, expression blank as he stared down at what was supposed to be their superior.
"In the middle of class?" the older man continued, irritation clear in his voice.
Sinbad didn't bother for a reply this time and opened the door, only to stop abruptly as soon as he felt that old idiot's hand on his arm.
He turned slowly to facethe other, and litterly stared down at the old fool. Someone in the classroom had silently gasped, and he could feel several eyes watching him with both worry and anticipation. The teacher gulped quietly and after barely a few seconds his hand quickly drew back from the teen. Without another word, Sinbad was out the door, slamming it loudly after himself.

Muttering to himself while walking through the halls, Sinbad fished for his ciggaretes through his pockets. He was having one his 'bad days', the ones where he would eat someone down for no reason at all, and those were quite rare. Everyone who passed him could apparently feel the dark mood around him and were smart enough to avoid bumping into him.
As he reached the exit to the school, someone had enterd the same time he would've walked out and quite roughly bumped into him, making him dropp the pack of cigarettes he just managed to dig up.
"Watch where ya fucking going," he growled at the guy who continued his way inside the shcool without as mich as a glance.
SInbad raised an eybrow, too tired to run after and slam the blonde's skull into a wall. He wans't Herc after all. COme to think of it, that blodne was one of Herc's plas right? Was it... Carl something? Whatever...
As he moved to open the door and finally get out of this dreaded place, a gun shot echoed ut through the school, shortly followed by the panic and screams.
Sinbad stood there for a moment frozen, eyes wide in shock as he realized what the fuck just happend. But while people where pushign past him to get outside, only one thought crossed his mind before he dashed back inside.
Kida!

Jasmine wasn't entirely sure what was going on, she had just gotten out of class to use the restroom and then chaos erupted. She froze as she heard the sharp sound of gunfire, she knew it well enough to know that whoever was firing it was nearby. She watched as kids started running past her in a panic, not that she could blame them but still. Losing your head while there was a shooter in the halls was never a good idea...she knew that as well as she knew that remaining calm was the best possible thing to do in a situation like this. She took out her cell phone and started punching 911 ready to call the cops so the police could arrive. Just before the call could go through someone ran into her causing her to drop her cell, "Shit." She snapped and whirled around to yell at the person only to see it was Sinbad and that he looked freaked. "Sinbad?" She asked cautiously as she studied him.

She gave him a raised eyebrow, "Uh no....you made me drop it and its broken." She said pointing out the shattered mess on the floor. "And the name is Jasmine....you need to stay calm, does your phone work? Or is there no service?" She asked as she glanced down at the remains of the phone on the ground. There would be no way it could be revived, the whole thing was dead....she winced as another barrage of gun fire was heard throughout the building.

She sighed and grabbed his arm, "Before you go in there...do you have any idea on how to dis arm someone who's armed?" She asked deadly serious before she continued, "Because if not then you're not the one who's going to go first, if you don't know what you're doing you could get someone killed or worse." She pointed out as she pulled out a knife that she always brought with her. "If I had known there would be a shooting today, I would have come more prepared." She muttered. Her dad was someone who would be ashamed of her if she died over something like this. "Have any cigerettes?" She asked calmly as she looked over at him.

She rolled her eyes and seized the cigarette out of his mouth, "Whoops sorry, I need that." She said without so much as batting an eye.  Bringing it to her mouth she took a puff before she smirked at Sinbad and stubbed it onto the ground.  Smiling at him oh so innocently she bent down and got another knife from its holster on her ankle.  "Know how to use this?" She asked as she held it out to him. Once he had taken it she was on her feet and moving towards the fire alarm, without thinking twice she yanked it down. "Come on, we need to find the shooter, it will be best if we can get as many civilians out while we still can." She said as she stepped into the class she had been in to grab her backpack. Inside she had her own arsenal of weapons but all much smaller so as to avoid detection.

Sinbad didn't look the slitghest amused or impressed by Jasmine. If anything, he only looked more annoyed the more she spoke. Had the situtation been different, and if she'd stopped giving out damn orders to him, he may have found her more fun. If she wants to go afetr the killer, then by all means he'd let her. That's not why he was here.
"You go and play hero, I've got other stuff to do," was all he said, tossing her knife back at her. If he wnated weapons to defend himself with, he ahd more thna enough on his own.
"And if we meet again after this little incident..." his expression turned serious, dark. "Don't ever throw any orders at me like that again." The next second his playfull and smug smirk was back. "And that was not an advice~"
He didn't slow down or stop this time as he walked further down the hall, trying to remember where Kida would normally would've been this time during the day.
