Lets Play A Game (Tags: Newcomers :D)

Thomas felt himself relax. "Okay..." He said, glad he was never the violent type. Sure, a gun he could use, but that was for hunting with his dad and for self defense if he ever needed it. He wished he had his gun... He felt more safe and secured with it...

"You've moved up in the world... I can just tell..." He said, with an uneven smile. Okay, so he didn't fully relax, but it wasn't her fault... This place made him tense and he kept thinking back to high school when he would get jumped...

Though... he's worked out since then... He could probably handle his own in a fight now... if needed be...

{OOC: He's so unsure of himself, but at the same time, sure? X'D}

He looked at her unsure. He couldn't see anyone enjoying his type of life... It was the definition of "boring"... It almost drove him mad, but then he would think back to how in high school he had wished for something exciting to happen and it did...

And it wasn't the good kind of excitement... So he's stuck with his routine...

Until now... He hadn't even wished for something to happen and now he was stuck on this island with people he hadn't seen in four years...

Chel rested a hand on her face, exhausted. she just wanted to rest and think of everything else in the morning. She looked at Eric as she stood up. "I'm going to lay down. I'm not feeling too well." She said as she placed her hands behind her back.

Eric stands quickly, "Let me help you then." He smiles politely and places a hand on her back. "You don't look so good, are you okay? Can I do anything to help?" He squints with concern. She looked like she was going to faint.

Charlotte moaned and rolled onto her side.  She shifted onto her knees her head still on the sand of the beach.  


"What?"  She moved her head trying to look around.  "Where am I?  What's going on?"  She asked in a dazed voice.  She looked around her eyes barely seeing what is around her. She stood shakily and looked around.

She saw a bungalow a short distance away. She began walking slowly toward it hoping to see someone that could help her.

Thomas just stared at her in surprise. How did she know all that?

"H-How did you..?" He asked, not even sure how to ask how she knew. They hadn't been talking long... he never mentioned anything about his personal life...

"Actually... I don't know if I really want to know..." He said, with a small chuckle.

Nakoma looked up when she saw a blonde woman enter the bungalow, almost looking like she was just tossed into the sand...

Which was probably how they all looked...

She knew she hadn't been with them before... Nakoma got out of her bed and walked over to her. "Hey, are you all right?" She asked, the girl, before leading her over to one of the beds.

Charlotte took hold of the woman's hand and lower arm. "I, I don't know." She whispered. She looked around confused and scared. "Where am I? What's going on?" She looked at the woman desperately hoping she would tell her.

Nakoma looked at the girl sadly, as she brushed her hair out of her face. "Tell me... did you go to Winchester High School?" She asked, softly, knowing that had to be the reason she was here...

This poor girl... probably was just out of that place...

"Well... that's some hobby..." He said, not sure if he should be impressed or weary of her...

Charlotte's looked at the girl in fear as she heard that question. Her bottom lip trembled slightly before taking a breath and nodding. "Yes." She said quietly as her eyes darted around looking for any potential danger. "I just graduated the night before last." She said fearfully.

Nakoma felt her heart ache for the girl. "Just the night before last?" She asked, softly, not comprehending that their kidnapper would have taken someone who was only a freshmen four years ago...

"Oh... You're among friends here... I'm Nakoma..." She said, softly, not ready to tell the girl yet what was going on...

Thomas chuckled a little nervously. "Okay... I'm leaning more towards impressed now... You really have a talent..." He said, with a small smile.

He cleared his throat, looking around the room. He was overhearing the conversation between Nakoma and the new girl... she looked familiar...

Charlotte looked up at Nakoma. Her eyes were wide. She knew that something was keeping Nakoma from telling her what was happening. "Nakoma?" She held tight to the older woman's arm. "Tell me what's going on?" She asked her pleadingly.

Nakoma let out a sigh. "Look... did you get any kind of a letter? Inviting you to some reunion?" She asked, softly, knowing that if she did, she would probably make some sort of connection on her own..

The moment Jasmine said the girls name, the memory clicked in his mind. He moved to sit on the bed across from Jasmine's. "Yeah... Jasmine... she was a freshmen during that shooting..." He whispered, not wanting them to hear.

He looked at the girl with wide eyes before looking back at Jasmine.

Chel looked at Eric and shook her head. She started to walk to the bed she picked out and the moment her head hit the pillow, she was asleep. Dreaming of better things seemed to call more attention than the nightmare of reality

Jasmine nodded, "Cheerleader...yeah I remember her." She said after a beat as she watched Chel walk past them and move towards a bed where she fell asleep. She kept her eyes on her briefly before she looked over at Thomas, "I'm glad you're not scared...makes conversation easier." She stated as she lay on the bed with her elbows planted on the bed. "At any rate I suppose I could teach you self-defense if you wanted to learn." She added as an after thought as she glanced over at him.

Thomas gave her a smile. "Hey, I'm terrified." He admitted, laying back on his own bed, propping his head under his hands. "Though, I thought you would have figured that out." He stated, looking at her curiously.

He gave a little nod. "Yeah... I think that would be best... I appreciate that." He said, with a small smile.

Nakoma let out a sigh. "Look... did you get any kind of a letter? Inviting you to some reunion?" She asked, softly, knowing that if she did, she would probably make some sort of connection on her own.. wrote:

"I..." Charlotte thought. "I, yes a few weeks ago i got something about it but daddy thought it might be a scam so I shredded it. Why is that so important?" She asked fearfully.

Nakoma sighed. "Because... we all got one... and I don't think any of us here decided that we would go..." She said, softly.

If everyone here said they wouldn't go or didn't respond to the invite... What happened to those who did respond? She thought, wondering if there were more people on this island than them after all...

"So what?! We didn't want to go so now we're being forced into this?!?! She asked almost violently. She began looking around like someone was going to attack her.

Nakoma leaned back at the girl becoming frantic. "Now, just calm down. Freaking out is not going to help you or anyone." She said, grabbing the girl's hands again. "We'll be fine and we'll find a way home... If we all stick together, we should be fine, all right?" She told her, trying to get her to calm down.
